Suomi+ Podcast – Building Connection Through Diverse Stories

Together with Familia ry (a leading association and an expert and advocate of intercultural families in Finland), we designed Suomi+ podcast to amplify voices that showcase the multicultural and evolving identity of Finland. In a landscape where accent bias and the need to “code-switch” persist, this podcast creates a space where speakers from diverse backgrounds can communicate authentically and be both understood and relatable.

The episodes explore themes of migration, identity, careers, language, and resilience, offering perspectives that challenge stereotypes and build bridges between Finnish and international communities and highlight Finnish diverse community leaders (a.k.a. modern #kyllähullus).
