Kicking off the year with a fantastic keynote at the Growth Forum ‘Energized for Excellence’ hosted by Lindström Group, a 175-year-old Finnish service company.
It was heartwarming to be welcomed with open arms, quite literally! My previous talk on ‘force-hugging Finns,’ even my in-laws, now feels like a thing of the past. The warmth and enthusiasm here have certainly melted the ice in a wonderful way.
