Workshop Process

The online assessment will be sent to everyone attending the team coaching.
2 – Reporting
Results will be reported and explained in a video format in the digital workspace.
3 – Themes
Attendees will vote on the theme that feels most relevant for them.
4 – Team Session
The team coaching session will focus on the area that received the most votes.
5 – Next Steps
Going through the Feedback results and agreeing on the next steps.
