1.1. 48-Hour Cancellation Window: Clients may cancel or reschedule their consultation appointments up to 48 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. To cancel or reschedule, please contact us via email at hello(at)kamillasultanova.fi

Late Cancellations and No-Shows: If a cancellation or rescheduling request is made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation, or if the client fails to show up for the appointment, the full consultation fee will be charged. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations or no-shows.

2. Refund Policy

2.1. No Refund for Late Cancellations or No-Shows: As stated above, consultations canceled less than 48 hours in advance or missed without notice are non-refundable.

2.2. Money-Back Guarantee: We are committed to providing valuable and impactful consultations. If a client feels that they did not receive the value expected from the consultation, they are eligible for a full refund. To request a refund under the money-back guarantee, the client must contact us within 7 days of the consultation, providing detailed feedback on why they believe the consultation did not meet their expectations.
